We used to lead big companies towards the digital world until one of them chose us forever as its digital soul: Telepass. So yes, we are partners of the biggest mobility company in Italy. The one from the tolls? Not anymore.
We are working on dozens of new incredible projects that will make Telepass the first fully digital giant of green, urban and shared mobility in our country.

Mission of the role:
Support the business in transforming user needs in valuable user experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep understanding of the needs of customers and users, collaborating with Product Management to solidify this understanding and then presenting your findings and recommendations to your project team, stakeholders and the Product owner;
  • Designing and testing for the product or products assigned to; immersing in the user journey through our products and those of our competitors;
  • Leading the design experience and ensuring the user is placed at the center of the design process throughout;
  • Combining the UX Knowledge with the goals of the business to deliver a world-class user experience to our diverse, loyal user- base.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role, on app and web
  • Design portfolio
  • Knowledge of Figma
  • Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
  • Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
  • Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
What we expect:
Junior:
  • Has working knowledge and experience in own discipline

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • May represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
